Twelve West Main is the best value for Triad weddings, receptions, proms, birthdays, reunions, and corporate functions. Main St. Band Stand
Built in 1983, Thomasville’s Bandstand was created on behalf of and funded by the Thomasville Garden Club to honor Pauline Walker. Pauline, a club charter member, shared fond memories of selling refreshments at church bazaars at the original bandstand. The original bandstand stood about 50 feet from its current location from the late 1800s to the 1940s.
PACE Park & Amphitheater
The PACE (People Achieving Community Enhancement) Group of Thomasville laid the groundwork for today's PACE Park: the Farmers Market and Amphitheater. PACE leveraged in-kind services from the city: cutting and removal of concrete, water and sewer installation, excess dirt removal, building permits, addition of water lines and electricity. PACE Park is located under the city water on the corner of E. Guilford Street and Commerce Street. Currently, Parks and Recreation manages the Park’s event schedule. Event planning for PACE Park is handled independently and collaboratively between Thomasville Parks and Recreation, Beautification Committee and PACE. Private parties can also rent the facility. Music events, movie nights, and much more are planned annually for this historic downtown Thomasville venue.
Old Homeplace Vineyard

Central Recreation Center
Nestled in downtown Thomasville, the Central Recreation Center stands as a cornerstone of community engagement. Within its walls, you'll find childcare programs, athletic pursuits in the gymnasium, and a versatile programming room for various activities and rentals. Beyond the center, three tennis courts, adaptable for Pickleball, await alongside a playground, basketball court, handball wall, and a multi-use athletic field. Additionally, the Central Recreation Center is open for public rental, subject to availability. To support your events, we offer 20 6ft Rectangular tables and 100 chairs.
