Everybody’s Day 2026 Brings Huge Crowd To Downtown Thomasville
/Downtown Thomasville came alive September 25–26 as the community welcomed another incredible Everybody’s Day weekend!
For generations, Everybody’s Day has been one of Thomasville’s most treasured traditions, bringing together residents, families, visitors, local businesses, vendors and organizations for a celebration unlike any other.
This year was no exception.
Everybody’s Day Takes Over Downtown
Saturday morning, downtown filled once again as Everybody’s Day 2026 officially got underway.
The streets were lined with vendors, food, entertainment and activities as visitors explored downtown and enjoyed one of Thomasville’s longest-running community traditions.
For many families, Everybody’s Day is more than an annual festival. It is something they grew up attending and now bring their own children and grandchildren to experience.
That tradition is part of what makes the weekend so special.
A Busy Day at the Yellow Depot
The historic Yellow Depot, home to the Thomasville Visitors Center, was bustling throughout the day.
Thomasville Tourism welcomed visitors inside to learn more about our community, shop Thomasville merchandise and pick up one of our limited-edition Thomasville 250 commemorative coins celebrating America’s 250th birthday.
Inside the Depot, children enjoyed free balloon animals courtesy of Thomasville Tourism.
Visitors were also invited to sit down and write letters to veterans and service members. Children and adults filled cards and letters with messages of thanks and encouragement, adding a meaningful moment to a very busy festival day.
